Meal Plans

Planning meals can be difficult. What i did is made two spread sheets. One spread sheet has every food item and its nutritional information, and the other is a plan for food for the day. I copy food items from the list of foods and paste into the page of what I plan on eating. I make this plan the night before. I play around with the items until I get the ratio that I want in the totals.


This is a sample of a day with a 51-28-21 ratio
